  1. Left foot steps forward into a backstance. Left Knifehand strike.
  2. Left double knifehand block
  3. Left foot steps back. Right front kick.
  4. Left round kick. Land left foot forward in a front stance.
  5. Left knifehand low block.
  6. Left knifehand high block.
  7. Right foot steps forward into a middlestance. Right punch. Kihap
  8. Left punch. Kihap
  9. Left foot goes backwards, turn to face opposite direction in a middle stance. Right spearhand.
  10. Left spearhand.
  11. Right foot steps forward into front stance. Right low block
  12. Left reverse punch.
  13. Right #3 jump frontkick, land right foot forward in a front stance.
  14. Left reverse punch.
  15. Step left foot forward into a front stance. Left low block.
  16. Right reverse punch.
  17. Left #3 jump frontkick, land left foot forward in a front stance.
  18. Right reverse punch.
  19. Right foot comes forward into middle stance, right knifehand strike.
  20. Left backfist.
  21. Left foot goes backwards into middle stance facing opposite direction. Left knifehand strike.
  22. Right backfist.
