- Left foot steps back. Right front kick.
- Left round kick. Land left foot forward in a front stance.
- Left knifehand low block.
- Left knifehand high block.
- Right foot steps forward into a middlestance. Right punch. Kihap
- Left punch. Kihap
- Left foot goes backwards, turn to face opposite direction in a middle stance. Right spearhand.
- Left spearhand.
- Right foot steps forward into front stance. Right low block
- Left reverse punch.
- Right #3 jump frontkick, land right foot forward in a front stance.
- Left reverse punch.
- Step left foot forward into a front stance. Left low block.
- Right reverse punch.
- Left #3 jump frontkick, land left foot forward in a front stance.

- Right foot comes forward into middle stance, right knifehand strike.
